These twin djinn were born of the cosmological star force.  They aren't dueling djinn, but the powers of each balances out the powers of the other.  This is because one was created with light star magic.  The other one was created with dark star magic.  As such, they each control their own forces of white and black magic.  You will be given the knowledge of both, with the ability to cast all spells of each kind.  Thus, this piece is really of a dual magic. This means you decide how to use it.
